Case
The Case Group is responsible for the preparation of the case describing a real-life business challenge confronting the company in focus. At the same time, however, we recognize the importance of proprietary information and business secrecy; accordingly, all information included in the case has been approved by the case company. The creation of the case involves finding the case company, gathering information about the company and about the business challenge confronting the focal company, and finally writing – and rewriting – the case. The case company is not revealed until the case competition begins - for what reason the work of the case writers is top-secret until then. This is also why the Case Group solely has contact to the case company. Consequently, the case group possesses exclusive knowledge.
