The Faculty Host
In connection with the Faculty Advisor program, a number of teachers, professors or other personnel from different departments at CBS are needed as “networkers” for the Faculty Advisors. The idea is to enable faculty advisors and faculty hosts to interact and share academic experience and knowledge.
A Faculty Host is expected to be a person who is:
- Interested in exchanging experiences with foreign colleagues
- Prepared to participate in the majority of the activities
During the case week, the Faculty Advisors and the Faculty Hosts enjoy a program especially made for them, where the faculty hosts participate on special occasions. It is important to point out that a Faculty Host is expected to participate in certain activities, such as the Learning LAB workshop on how to better use knowledge, the welcome dinner and the Awards Banquet. Of course, we encourage and invite the Faculty Hosts to participate in all other activities in the program to get the most out of the event.
As a Faculty Host You Get the Possibility of:
- Creating an image of the CBS faculties in an international forum.
- Creating personal as well as professional relations between Danish and foreign professors.
- Discussing academic problems with colleagues from all over the world.
- Participating in several interesting academic and social activities.
